What services are included in my monthly membership?
Your monthly membership includes a set number of on-site service hours, depending on the plan you choose—Basic, Plus, or Premium. During these visits, we complete any tasks on your honey-do list that fit within your allotted time. These might include fixing a leaky faucet, assembling furniture, hanging pictures, cleaning gutters, checking for maintenance issues, or organizing a space. Besides these hands-on tasks, we also perform preventative home checks to spot problems before they escalate. The Premium plan includes extras like seasonal preparation and home organization support, along with same-week service. If there’s something you’re unsure we cover, just ask! We’ll tell you honestly whether it’s included or if it needs to be scheduled separately. We’re here to make home care easier—not more complicated. Our members appreciate the flexibility, reliability, and trust that come with our recurring visits. It’s truly a partnership in keeping your home running smoothly.
How do I schedule my handyman visits?
Scheduling your visit is simple. Once you sign up for a membership, we’ll help you set a recurring day and time that works for you—typically once a month, based on your plan. You’ll receive reminders ahead of each visit, and we’ll show up ready to work with your latest list of tasks. If something urgent comes up, Premium members can access same-week appointments when available. We encourage you to keep a running list of what you’d like us to handle each month. That way, your time is used efficiently and nothing gets forgotten. If you ever need to reschedule or pause a visit, just give us a call or send a message—we’re flexible and happy to work with your schedule. Our goal is to make it as easy and convenient as possible. With Helping Hand Solutions, you never have to worry about coordinating multiple vendors or chasing down service providers.
Can I request services outside of my scheduled visit?
Yes, you can absolutely request additional service outside of your regular monthly visit. If you have a task that can’t wait or something unexpected comes up, we’ll do our best to fit you in quickly—especially if you’re a Premium member, which includes priority and same-week scheduling. Additional time outside of your monthly membership hours is billed at a transparent hourly rate, and we’ll always confirm before starting extra work. We understand that life happens, and not everything fits neatly into a schedule. That’s why we offer the flexibility to add time or visits as needed. Just call us, explain what’s going on, and we’ll coordinate the best solution. We want to be the partner you trust for all things home maintenance—whether it’s part of your plan or not. What if I don’t use all my service time in a given month?
We recommend using your full service time each month, but if you’re not able to use all of it, we can help you prioritize key tasks or schedule around what’s most important. At this time, service hours do not roll over to the next month—this helps us keep scheduling consistent and fair for all members. However, we encourage clients to think proactively. If your list feels short, our team can walk your home and identify areas for improvement or maintenance, such as checking caulking, light bulbs, or weather stripping. Even small things like organizing under-sink spaces or inspecting for early signs of water damage can help you get the most value out of every visit. Our goal is to help you stay ahead of issues—not just react to them. If you ever feel like you’re not using your time fully, just ask. We’ll help you make the most of it.
